We Wrote the Book on Aviation Accident Law

Literally. During 1960's, attorney and partner Lee Kreindler, often referred to as the father of air disaster law, wrote the definitive book on the subject, a three-volume treatise titled ''Aviation Accident Law."

Kreindler & Kreindler LLP has successfully litigated thousands of commercial, corporate, military and general aviation accident cases including actions against virtually every major domestic and international airline; the large aircraft manufacturers, Boeing and Airbus; and many of the manufacturers of components and instruments used aboard commercial jets. The firm's work has been instrumental in promoting aviation safety and we have repeatedly won precedent-setting cases and secured record damage recoveries for our clients.

Our law firm has represented plaintiffs and their families in almost every major air disaster in the last 50 years including the crash of TWA flight 800 off Long Island in 1996, the bombing of Pan-Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988, Colgan Air flight 3407 near Buffalo in 2009 and the 2013 crash of Asiana flight 214 in San Francisco.
